Safety+Health Magazine Publishes Reader Advice for New Safety Professionals

Safety+Health Magazine has published additional responses from a survey mailed last year that asked readers to share wisdom gained from their experiences in the occupational safety and health profession. One example of the advice states: “Discover your passion – safety is a vast field full of possibilities.”

The magazine previously highlighted some reader responses when it published the survey results. This month the publication features more of the submitted advice in an article titled “You said it.” The advice is presented in September, the month when the magazine spotlights the National Safety Council’s Rising Stars of Safety.

The 40 individuals who make up the class of 2026 are profiled according to Safety+Health Magazine. NSC CEO Lorraine M. Martin states that the individuals “exemplify the spirit of continuous improvement, collaboration and commitment to safety.”
