Rules
What criteria can I use for assignment rules?+
Role, department, location, hire date, certification status, or any custom attribute from your HRIS. Rules can combine multiple criteria. For example: all Bus Operators at Depot A hired after January 2026 get a specific set of modules.
What happens when someone changes roles?+
Completed modules carry forward. The system automatically assigns new role-specific modules and removes training that no longer applies. No manual adjustment needed.
Can I override auto-assignment for specific workers?+
Yes. Supervisors can manually add or remove training for individual workers. Manual overrides do not affect the rules engine for other workers.
