Zensar Technologies Launches Ignite GenAI Academy for Role-Specific Training
Zensar Technologies introduced the Ignite GenAI Academy as a flagship program under its artificial intelligence-first strategy. The academy provides a role-specific curriculum to build generative AI capabilities across the organization, according to Training Magazine.
Program Structure
The academy includes 27 tailored courses on foundational programming, prompt engineering, applied AI, deep learning, and advanced genAI applications. Role-based learning paths target engineering, project management, leadership, and architecture. Delivery combines hands-on labs, expert-led sessions, eLearning modules, and gamified simulations. Gamified leadership tracks incorporate simulations and leaderboards. Certifications come from internal programs and partners including AWS, Microsoft, GCP, Salesforce, and Oracle Cloud.
Reinforcement methods include integration of genAI tools into project planning and delivery, role rotations using genAI skills, ongoing updates to learning tracks, and engagement through the AI Guild community.
Training Reach and Measurement
More than 60 percent of Zensar employees completed training through the academy. This covered over 6,000 employees across Advanced Engineering Services, Data Engineering and Analytics, Enterprise SaaS Applications, and Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security service lines. The company tracks effectiveness via training coverage and integration of genAI modules into client proposals, according to Training Magazine.
Client and Business Integration
GenAI training is now embedded in all client proposals. Zensar positions its genAI training capabilities as a differentiator in client engagements and transformation initiatives. The initiative contributed to significant revenue savings for the organization, according to Training Magazine.
