Michael Bonafede Named NSC Rising Star of Safety Class of 2026

Michael Bonafede, industrial hygienist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in New York, has been named to the NSC Rising Stars of Safety, Class of 2026, according to Safety+Health Magazine.

Recognition Details

The designation appears in the August 21, 2026 edition of Safety+Health Magazine. Bonafede holds the position of industrial hygienist at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New York district.

Virtual Training Development

Bonafede developed curriculum modules to address virtual employee training challenges. The modules include gamified formats titled “Are you Smarter than the Safety Office?” and “The Safety Trail,” the latter modeled after a classic educational game.

Demonstrated Results
